Vincent (Vinnie) is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor with a master’s degree in Addiction Studies from Western Connecticut State University and over 30 years of personal recovery experience. He currently works with clients at Aspire Counseling and Darien Counseling, where he brings deep empathy, clinical skill, and lived experience to individuals navigating substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. With a strong background in multiple treatment settings—from private practice to residential programs—Vincent supports his clients with a compassionate and structured approach rooted in evidence-based practices. Outside of his clinical work, he enjoys golf, skiing, and playing guitar.
Vincent takes a practical, compassionate, and relational approach to therapy. He integrates his clinical expertise with personal recovery experience to create an environment of authenticity, accountability, and hope. His work focuses on helping clients understand the nature of addiction, build coping strategies, and sustain long-term recovery. Vincent believes in meeting clients where they are while encouraging forward movement and personal growth.
