Group therapy can be a great way to stay connected with peers, normalize difficult and stressful situations and learn new skills in a supportive environment. Insurance can be used for all groups.
This group is open for all adult clients of Aspire Counseling. The group will learn the four DBT Modules- Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness over a 12 week period.
This group is open for all teen clients of Aspire Counseling. The group facilitator educates teens about mental wellness and teaches Dialectical Behavioral Skills that can be used daily to cope with stress.
This weekly group uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy as modalities to educate women about symptoms of mental illness, teach them skills for mental health and substance abuse disorders and allows them a supportive and nonjudgmental environment to do so.
