Lisa is a Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience helping individuals, couples and families improve their lives and overcome challenges. Lisa’s approach is characterized by acceptance and respect for clients and their life experiences. She is deeply interested in people’s stories and their views of the current situations or challenges they face when they enter into therapy. Lisa enjoys working with teens, young adults, adults and their families. She has experience with Mental Health and Substance Abuse issues and uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Informed Therapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) when working with her clients.
