Jordan Silva is a Licensed Master Social Worker and graduate of Columbia School of Social Work. She holds a B.S. in Psychology from the College of William and Mary and a Master’s in Accounting from the University of Southern California. Prior to her clinical career, Jordan spent over a decade in Human Resources at PricewaterhouseCoopers and charity: water, developing expertise in organizational wellbeing, employee support, and conflict resolution across global offices in Los Angeles, Washington, DC, New York City, and London. Her clinical focus includes adolescent and adult trauma, substance use recovery, and grief and bereavement. She has trained and worked in both agency and outpatient settings, including internships at Safe Haven in Cos Cob and the Connecticut Center for Recovery in Greenwich, as well as volunteer work at The Wendt Center for Loss and Healing in Washington, DC.
Jordan’s therapeutic approach is integrative, trauma-informed, and client-centered. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychoanalysis, narrative therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and EMDR (Level 1 trained). She is also a certified domestic violence counselor in Connecticut. With additional certifications as a trauma-informed yoga teacher and Level 2 Reiki practitioner, Jordan weaves somatic and energetic healing practices into her work to support holistic emotional and physical wellness. Her style is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in helping clients move toward resilience, insight, and lasting growth.
