Jenna is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Having spent several years working in school districts in both Pennsylvania and Connecticut, Jenna has experience working with a diverse population with a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief & loss. Within school systems, Jenna has supported parents in strengthening parenting skills, communication with their children and partners, and improving overall family functioning.
Jenna’s therapeutic style is relational, trauma-informed, and eclectic, utilizing aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and others, to best suit the needs of the client. Rooted in empathy and respect for her clients, Jenna creates a collaborative therapeutic environment where clients are able to work through and understand their feelings, create goals, and work towards becoming the best version of themself.
