Who We Are

Our Practice

Aspire Counseling was established in 2012 to serve the Fairfield County Community. Our experience enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychotherapeutic care. We treat a number of mental health disorders, substance use and misuse disorders, and trauma. 

Our Treatment Focus

Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.
