Erin Shannon is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, with over seven years of experience working with family conflict, adolescents, mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse and intensive in-home therapy. She specializes in Structural Family Therapy, focusing on implementing boundaries and strengthening dynamics within the family. Erin’s comprehensive approach to working with the family system as a whole enables her to understand and treat the challenges being faced. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and group therapy techniques in her modalities of treatment. In addition to working at Aspire, Erin is a Program Coordinator for Effective School Solutions in the Greenwich School System, helping students overcome mental health obstacles within the mainstream school system.
